continued detoriation of eyesight

In fact I visited RP Centre also. As I wrote earlier most of the consultants, including the one at RP centre say no glaucoma. But when I visited to Sharoff Eye centre, the doctor say it is necessary to start the glaucoma drop as a preventive measure. The oblivious reason of my visit to these several centres is the fast detoriation in eye sight. more  

I read your problem. I assume you have been diagnosed as a glaucoma patent after proper test. I suggest you go to R.P. Center of AIIMS New Delhi and get your eyes checked. The consultation being free, there is always a large number of people there. There is cumbersome system, but once you reach the consultant, you will get an unbiased opinion. Reach there by 7.30AM on your first day to start the ball rolling. I am visiting the place since last 14 years. more  

I confirm abha mittal's experiments that sighting far and near objects as described in the book is highly effective. I have been practicing for last 7 years and I do not use any specs at 67 age. more

I have been/had been using corrective lenses for the past 37-38 years and till a year ago my no. had reached 3.5 with added cylindrical no. For the past 7-8 years I felt the need to use + no as well as I was feeling difficulty in reading near objects as well and had to remove my glasses and bring the object closer to see it clearly. On consultation, the doctor added + no. as well to my existing glasses. Since then I was not feeling comfortable wearing the glasses/contact lenses. I tried best glasses available in the market with the same result. During that time I received a mail about some course on 'vision without glasses'. Earlier also I used to receive such mails but never took them seriously. But now when I was not comfortable wearing my glasses, I decided to send for this course which I got. It tells that all deformation in visions are caused by stress and can be cured by relaxation. It says that our eyesight is never constant 24 hours. We see better when we are relaxed and it gets worse when we are stressed. Then how can corrective lenses which are constant be the right solution for correcting our vision. They are rather crutches which make our natural faculty of seeing dependent on them thus making them weaker and weaker everyday. There was an ophthalmologist named Dr. Bates in America who did research for several years and prescribed natural method of curing all the ailments related to vision. I can send you his book if you are willing. There are a number of videos on youtube as well which you can find out by searching 'vision without glasses'. My no. has reduced by around 2. And now most of the time I don't wear my glasses and I wear them only when I need to see some thing very accurately. There are a number of techniques given in the course to improve your vision.
