Consumer experiences and on line fraud by 100 Bestbuy on line Company

In the month of Aug 2014 100 bestbuy invaded my internate connection of my computer and allured me to deposit Rs. 699 to get a mobile Nokia Experia. When the tranfer of money completed on line, a call came confirming the payment and advised me that some parcels will reach me and I should pay some money to get those parcels. I refused and told him not interested. The Order No. is 15394813. As yet the mobile phone has not reached me. I have sent mails in past but the material did not reach. Kindly suggest me the action to be taken. more

Now I feel that there are complaint sites and place the complaint there and request the sufferers to join hands. more  
@Ram Upadhyay Ji, The question is not of Rs. 700.00 such things add upto crores of rupees. State Bank of India by deducting Rs. 60/- per annum has made unfair business amounting to more than Rs. 400 crores. The 2nd point is spending Rs. 50,000/- I dont think so, Such complaints should cost not more than few thousand that too you can claim by way of mental agony, torture etc. If you require I can support with you on providing database of the few other people who felt cheated by 100bestbuy and that was the reason I even have stated on the facebook in addition to tweets to alert consumers. more
