Company Registration is not free and 1 day affair
Government is claiming it takes 1 day to get company registered but in reality it takes 5-10 days to do it. That is if name is available.
Then Govt is saying that you can do company registration with zero fees. One ends up spending 5000-7000 for stamp duty, digital signature, notarization, name application form, etc?
I as an aware person told this to my brother only to get this information back from him and looked poorly informed. more

Ms. Ravichandran, we are interested to start a start up and are worried to spend Rs. 5000 to Rs. 7000. Executive mindset and entrepreneur mindset are quite different. Entrepreneurs are the builders of visible materialistic world. Executive mindsets only manage what entrepreneur minds conceive, believe and achieve. more

THis is a good information, you shared, I agree that government is taking credit in excess of the ease of doing business provided, though positive news is its getting better, even here in USA , it costs you close to 300 $ to register a company and takes 3-4 business days, these will always be some silver lining on the clouds , good news is there is come light and its getting better. more

Proper documentation is necessary for Company Registration. Govt. cannot be blamed for the expenses incurred for this. Papers move fast if all documents are proper and correct. more
