As far as Entrepreneurship in today's competitive environment requires 2 important traits among you. The first one is you should have "Strategic Perspective", meaning there by that you should able to anticipate in advance about the market demand consumer requirement and social pattern. Another thing is you should have inbuilt creativity in you and must have blend of innovativeness, so that you can be always ahead of your competitors. Entrepreneurship is partly depends upon your personal traits like (Risk taking Innovativeness, Technical knowledge, Managerial skills) but largely depends upon the social factors ( Support from Home, relatives and society, Favourable business climate, Proactive support from Govt. and other agencies) more  
Key Factors Affecting Startups: Clear vision of their venture Activities that will provide solution on long term Effective Marketing and Awareness Proper Funding to address all the above more  
I want to start a bussiness in train which will be very viral because the idea and concept behind it is very good, so suggest to whom may i concern to get a start more  
Well according to me we lack about info of services provided by government. Or else there lack of clearity I guess more
