Coimbatore TN

Every dealing, task, complaint, or procedure of municipal bodies should be done as per a timetable or in a time bound manner. People affected should be able to escalate issues to a higher level in case of non performance or wilful delay.
As an example, in our area, corporation water supply is opened once in 12 to 14 days, without any fixed time. Whereas, the adjoining ward areas get water every 5 days because they collect Rs. 30 per family per month to grease the palms of the authorities. more

Tamil nadu government staff over all are corrupt. Politicians are corrupt. 99% Autos are owned by policemen and complaints are not often registered. The culprit is always scoot free . The rules are laid by policemen and they deliver judgement Judiciary exists on paper and cases filed filed may take years for execution.

The whole reason, no corrupt free government or politician. All government staff are corrupt.

To arrest this unless stringent measures are not imposed, no body will be safe. CENTRAL GOVERNMENT should impose on line transaction for all citizen requirement. Any complaint, if lodged, the same to be attended within 24 hours, else, government should punish the official for violation . Unless this is introduced strictly, every citizen will be victim of this practice. more
Majority of public dealing departments including Civic Bodies
fall under the state Governments. As such the Central Govt.
cannot be of any help. Corruption in Police and Judiciary is at
its peak. The politicians are deadly corrupt in many States
and they support the corrupt elements in all departments for
vested interest. Only a new dispensation headed by a selfless
leader can cleanse the governance in TN. more
Media attention is required to get attention. more
Very sad to read this.Corruption is on the increase day by day particularly TN. more
