Circuit Breaker Lower Limit for shares
So Adani Total Gas (I mean literally) was falling 20% day after day since Hindenburg report came. Because the circuit breaker control kicked in.
Yesterday for all Adani companies this limit was changed from 20% to 10%
Is this legal or favoratism/corruption?
Hoping they will do something so maximise the spread of the fall.
Is this legal. If so then companies would have 2% limit? more
The Rs 20,000 Cr follow-on public offer (FPO) is decided to be cancelled. The share price of Adani Enterprises fell way below the FPO price. This is probably the first time that a company has aborted a share sale after it has been fully subscribed. This is a rule in case of lower or upper circuit otherwise the big operators will exploit the situation to their benefit. more
