If rahul Gandhi comes to power for 3 years you can start any business without any regulatory permissions and nationalised banks also will finance. You can close and start another new business after 3 years without any regulatory permissions.. Legally permitting illegal businesses for 3 years. And in this business your earning is less than 6000/- you will be paid another 6000/- under guaranteed income scheme.
