Cheating by Matrix sim card

Hi All, I wants to share this so that none of you get cheated by matrix international sim card company. Their website is matrix.in . When we were travelling to uk we took matrix sim card as they claim for 1p per minute call to India and good customer support. But when we started using it we get to know they charge so much extra for india and local call. One day I had doubt so I checked the balance and they deducted 10p for checking also. I almost lost 80 pounds which 8000 rs. We called their customer care and get to know that they have some other service provider so nothing is in their control. Lyca sim is good choice is you are ever travelling to UK.
I will be greatful if someone can help me on this matter as I am feeling like cheated. more

core is not that much effective. as far as AAP is concerned we all hope that they dont repeat mistakes. life says .... dont lose hope more

Hello Mr. Gopendra, Thanks for help.Once we'll be back to India then I will go to consumer court on this matter. Meanwhile I registered my complain in core.nic.in although i dont have any hope from there too because I believe all cheater companies have great backhand support. First time I am feeling so angry towards Aam aadami party. If they would have been in power of delhi then I could get result but not now they resigned already.I donated my hard earned money to them so that system could be changed but I am lost with all hope. Now I will not buy anything here from Indian company. I love my country but not these fraud companies. more

Hello Mr. Hemant, I will get in touch with your account manager. Thank you so much. Actually i was not thinking that they can deduct extra amount but one day I was free and thought to cross check the charges and get to know that they deduct more than promised. more
