Can a survey be taken up
On reliability of UPI. Many times we rely on UPI to make payment but lately UPI has been down often. This leads to problematic situations, ate at a restaurant and cant pay bill or bought groceries after spending 1 hour and cant pay at check out.
If government doesnt care to fix on priority, we will need to go back on carrying card or cash. more

Transaction fees must be avoided on UPI. If banks and UPI operators incur costs, the government must reimburse the same, as this is instead of currency notes that are much more expensive to maintain/handle. more

UPI Is good Payment app. It doesn't give any fake mag. web links , false msgs. etc. No need to survey. Only Few Peoples who want to downgrade or want to speak others agenda , will seek survey without knowing it. more

When UPI transactions are being done without any issue, why is this demand for survey? Some glitches occur in every system. Have you taken a survey of any other service like bus service, electric supply, internet, ATM working, air services, road service? The list is too long. more
