Can DM ask Noida Authority to Audit builders
Its very good news that DM of Noida has joined local circle. It will definitely make a change.
I want to know whether DM can ask Noida Authority to do an audit to Builders specially who got Occupancy Certificates. Whether these builders are adhering to the plan approved by the Authority or making any changes? Also, whether all the amenities are provided to the residents, RWA is in place or not?

If DM takes little interest and can spare some time, certainly lot of improvement is expected. It is also a fact that RWA is not in place in many of the Societies. more

can DM chk the status of the builders, who do not have the occupancy certificate and A - they are offering possession. and B - they are upfront denying for penalty on delayed possession.. Today's Ridge Residency, Sector 135, Expressway, Noida..any one in the group, pl chk and advice..rgds, more

I heard our DM Saheb is a very genuine & committed officer, otherwise top to bottom all officers of Noida authority are working in hand & glove with builders. We are daily experiencing their acting. Just one of the examples: In Supertech the builder has raised illegal wall in the basement. Noida Authority under extreme pressure from ECO RWA in the last three to 4 years had to issue notices (seven times) to the builder & officially even sent the team to demolish the wall, but the wall is still there. We had to file petition in Allahabad High Court & now the Noida Authority has been ordered to get the needful done by Sept. Lets' see. They are manipulators of the first water. more

Although DM is Dist head, but it suggested that State Govt of UP through Industrial Development Commissioner may be ask to audit the projects already completed and handed over to residents. Their plans should also be compared on ground. more

Accounts Audit (As per Company Law) and Internal & System Audit (ISO) itself can reveal a lot about lots of non compliance. more
