Buying Cars from Public Money
The central probe agency has just seized nine costly cars of Modi, recovered by it during raids last week. These include a Rolls Royce Ghost, a Mercedes Benz, a Porsche Panamera, three Honda variants, a Toyota Fortuner and an Innova.
These business men take loan by corrupting bank officials and then buy mansions and expensive cars. The PSU bank looses money. Govt and tax payer bails them. Taxes increase. We pay more taxes.
If the govt doesnt fix PSU and crony corruption soon, we may be looking at a public collective movement on not paying taxes. That will not be a good jail bharo andolan as there wont be enough jails.
So better to identify all these cronies and put them behind bars. Probably a bunch of swiss money would be found too. more

You can search willful defaulter through Google(http://www.financialexpress.com/economy/wilful-defaulters-list-names-and-amounts-all-you-ever-wanted-to-know/226791/), there are plenty , whose LOAN is declared NPA 3 yrs. back. Two Points: 1 Collateral given by these defaulters are between 20 to 40% of the total Loan taken. 2. Why these people are allowed without action being initiated? more

The farmers who could not repay are forced and threatened in such a way, they commit suicides. Even the government are not willing to waive their loans. So far no business man felt responsible in that manner. yet bail out is given for thousands/lakhs of crores. Employes are convicted and removed from service for few rupees bribe.what action is taken for wrong process of loans and non payment for thousands of crores.. Their names are also not published. THE DEFAULTERS ARE PROTECTED , their names were also not known to public.the public who pay for those bail outs are not even aware of the names who has swallowed their hard earned money paid as tax. PUBLIC IS UNDER PRIVILEGED LET US BE READY FOR NEXT BAIL OUT IF NEEDED BAIL IN. iF YOU DO NOT PAY WATER BILL AND CURRENT BILL THOSE CONNECTIONS WILL BE REMOVED. BUT NPA ARE GUARDED WITH SECRECY ACT. The issue is very serious and requires the government act fast and fix it. There is also a need to speak to the governments of all countries where these culprits are hiding. They must be brought back and justice done. Indian public is very angry and not willing to foot their bills. The nation wants the money back and exemplary and deterrent punishment to all culprits. more

Pardeep Singh Tandon sir, while I agree with you that in general cases, the bribe giver is forced to give bribe because the office bearer refuse to do work without bribe. But you will agree that in the instant case, the bribe was paid because of excessive greed of the bribe giver and bribe taker both to siphon off the public's money. Hence both are at fault and moreover if the idea is to recover the money and prevent such occurrences in future, both have to be nabbed and punished. more

Ashok: In my opinion Bribe taker is more to be blamed than bribe giver. The bribe taker is paid salary to take care of Public interest, Not the bribe giver. Unless we concentrate on prosecuting the Bribe Takers as the Villan we cannot stop Corruption. Why? Why shouldn't the public expect the looted money be recovered? You mean the money should be forgotten and we should be contended with few employees of the bank being suspended or transferred? Yes punish the bank employees but also punish the people who have bribed them to loot! Otherwise such loot will continue as there will be more employees willing to get corrupted. more

सिर्फ psu की बात क्या ,हम जो मध्यम वर्ग से है टैक्स सिर्फ इसलिए देते है जिससे सत्ता मे बैठे नेता और सत्ता के दलाल उसका उपयोग वोट के लिए कर सके -jnu जैसे संस्थाओं को अनुदान दिया जाता है जहां देश विरोधी गतिविधि चलती है । बिडम्बना यह है की सीमा पर खड़े फौजी के वेतन से टैक्स कटेगा पर संसद मे बैठे नेताओं का वेतन टैक्स फ्री है ? तो वस्तुतः जरूरत है व्यवस्था परिवर्तन की पर कैसे -व्यवस्था परिवर्तन के लिए जेपी आंदोलन हुआ तो लालू और मुलायम जैसे नेता आए -फिर अन्ना आंदोलन हुआ तो केजरीवाल जैसे भ्रष्ट आए ? मैं सेवानिवृत बैंक अधिकारी हूँ और 12 वर्ष AUDIT मे ही रहा और ईमानदारी से काम करने का परिणाम था -पदोन्नति का न होना क्यूंकी हम जिनका ऑडिट करते थे वे प्रमोशन के लिए हमारा साक्षात्कार करते है और उदारीकरण के दौर मे बैंक ऑडिट को इतना कमजोर बना दिया गया की आज यह सब हो रहा है जिसके वास्तविक अपराधी है प्रबंधन बोर्ड मे बैठे उच्चाधिकारी ना की शाखा मे बैठा अधिकारी -हाँ यह है वह अधिकारी भी अपनी जेब भरने लगता है पर घर तो उच्चाधिकारियों का ही भर्ता है । बंकों मे ऑडिट अलग होना चाहिए जिससे उन्हे यह दर न रहे की कल को जब हम ऑडिट से बाहर जाएँगे तो हमारा क्या होगा ? बैंक ऑडिट मे आमूल परिवर्तन चाहिए more

All high value cars say say Rs20L plus of indian make, any imported cars, motor cycles- the concerned authorities and even by system Default should go to the inbox of IT dept , ED, PMO office, RBI forex dept, CBI, CAG depts as inbuilt procedure. Likewise all Loans above Rs5 crores, LOU's, LC's,should also by default linked to all the above Depts. Further the monthly updates on all these also to be linked. Banks Concurrent audit should certify on monthly basis. The statutory auditors should give Spl. report along with Balance sheet to every share holder besides all the above depts. All persons posted in all these depts like Bank, Govt revenue, Burecrats , Corporates heads, all business loan applicant, should along with all docs to submit a copy of Pass Port. All airports to have these in their portal. Tickets booked for travel abroad, the link should flash this info to all the above depts. Some where a beginning has to be done. more

without any cap. In many States, the MLAs are getting more
salary than the President. The misuse of aircrafts and furnished
bunlows for ex-CMs for life, Executive class air travel by elected
members, unlimited medical expenses, flashy Cars, large posse
of security personnel,liberal perks for life etc.
