Bribes for Dealerships
I was recently shocked to hear that many large companies have officials who demand bribes to allocate dealerships and even shortage goods in some cases to these dealers.
Recently i came to know that bribes are to be paid to get dealership of Indias top car company and then to get the car of choices, again dealers pay bribe.
The zonal officials and who knows may be even top officials are getting a cut.
Where are the industry associations like CII FICCI who are supposed to make sure industry is following ethical practices??
Corporates have many of these sharks who are rottening the system. more

The big markets itself it should have self gobe gas units and they can gain more with this. Like getting power and manure. more

Simply a sad state of affair and it has gone so deep rooted that now it can be curbed only by establishing very strong punishment and defamation drive for such people. Now this govt drumming for strong measures about black money and corruption, there must be a portal/ mobile app directly under PM and highly trusted staff who will take up every case reported very seriously and carryout sting operation against reported person and if he comes out demanding during sting operation and takes money, he should be put behind the bar for at least five years non-bailable and then his name along with his photographs aadhar details should be published on a national portal of condemned people linked with google search engine so that people can search about the people sre they recruiting. more

This is really shocking and all must wake up to expose such deals, as business man for short gains can involve into such acts... which must be deplored. We need to create society which should look down on all such wrong practices of business or politicians or beaurocrates and they must be looked down in all social circles, as use to be earlier. I can only pray and hope all my countrymen will overcome their desire to evade taxes by wrongful practices or earn money by corruption/bribe, and make the nation strong by substantive output and expect only the fair pay for their output. The nation will become strong only by our collective and quality output. There is no short cut. more

It is very much regretted to say that the issue of bribery and corruption cannot be addressed as this is suiting to even the bribe giver as most of the bribe givers are adapting to unfair means of business. Now the question comes about industry association. One would be surprised to know that their survival is also based on such unfair means of business keeping political brass happy to get favors. They do the lobbying for their own industry members. Whom you will complain to? Is it the Govt. or is the political fraternity or the legal fraternity including law agencies? more
