Boycott-Times Of India

I have been reading online times of India for last 5 days and it is not for NEWS but something which could be anything but NEWS.
I see front page showing seminude and sometimes almost nude pictures, news on sex, affairs involving celebrities and times of India trying to glorify it with objectionable pictures as though it is very cool.
What message are they trying to give the society and should we not stand up and say no to such media be it printed, TV or online?
I appeal you all to boycott this newspaper-printed and live both. Let them realize that such stupidity will be no longer tolerated. I have already convinced one of my colleagues-What about you? more

I agree with the posts and comments. The readership of Times Of India will be dropped to half if they took off all these pictures. Their website and most of ther group website all cater to the eye. It is a shame that now a days we can't even get kids to read the news paper for learning reading. My children keep getting asked in school to bring news clippings. It is so hard to find a news clipping that has learning associated with it. I hope AAP can clean up some of this indulgence and make media more responsible. more

I agree, when I moved to India in 2010 I realised that we are falling in same foot step as west and going to be fallen in same problem as west is facing. I subscribe to HT, although even their Delhi Times magzine has objectionable pictures but still clean as compared to TOI. more
