BJP Ministers not interested in meeting people

Dear Sir,
Please note I tried to meet several ministers of BJP in Shastri Bhawan, Delhi and their residences as well but I found that for getting a pass for visiting them I have to call their staff and discuss the matter over phone and after doing so I came to know that a pass can't be made as most of them are not on their seat or are busy in meeting and are having meeting on their residence or out of town or ill. So I asked the home ministry staff for making a pass for visiting them but they told me it is not possible as I have to get permission from ministry staff first. I got a pass with great difficulty for visiting social empowerment and justice staff member and found out their staff such OSD and PS already left and HRD minister staff that they were having meeting with their own staff although they were not discussing anything. Then I visited Youth and sport minister OSD and PS but they told me minister is in meeting with people and don't have time to meet you and asked me for visiting again next day and after doing so I was not allowed to meet anyone as there was no one available. This happened with me 6 to 7 times with youth and sports minister on his residence. So what kind of good governance or work you are doing for public when we are not allowed to meet with the minister on one or other pretext. How will you sort out grievances of people when minister is not interested in hearing it or meeting people. What kind of system is this that home ministry officials are not allowed to make pass for people without getting permission from concerned ministry staff although they are lying free and don't have any work to do.

Thanks with best regards.

Dear Mr. Pankaj Bansal, I appreciate your concern, a normal and natural reaction, if we think from our view point that whatever we are doing is most important and urgent. I wish you write to the minister concerned your grievance and the desired solution, may prefer under a copy to the PMO. Request for time convenient to the minister, instead of expecting the minister to act as per your convenience. This is not unusual for a minister to be busy or not available even after giving the time/ appointment. Their priority is also decided by the Party Bosses or the P.M./PMO, or official urgency. Do not be disappointed.Have patience, and follow your objectives. I wish you succeed. more

Just a mere glance at the remarks of Mr. Pankaj Bansal and we come down to a conclusion that 'it's a non-issue' or his 'intention is doubtful' ! How can we do that ? Ministers(never mind even if he is a Pappu Kalani or a Phoolan Devi or a Shahabuddin ) are peoples' representative first ; They have moral responsibility to meet aggrieved people. But most ironically in our political system, before election they move knocking your doors and once elected, you keep banging your head to meet them ! Even if Mr. Bansal is a political activist and have had a vested interest, he could easily be screened in a single audience with the concerned minister and if found to have any ulterior motive, he could have been thrashed in a right way. more
Mr.Bansal thinks that he is so important that any day, any time, any where, ministers of any ministry of government are dying to meet him for his good looks. This is a totally non issue and he does not know how to get even a pass made at a govt. office reception. more
This seems to be a non issue and intention to post it here is also doubtful, first of all this is 125+ crore people country do u/anyone really think that ministers can meet public like this, I think Mr Vinod has articulated rightly what should be the process to follow to get your voice heard... What was the purpose of your meeting this is also not clear... more
