BJP has misused its power to the fullest to promote corruption and ruined whosoever fought to expose corrupts and corrupt system, be it Sanjeev Chaturvedi of AIIMS or H K Jethi, anti graft officer of MCI. Forget about the arrest of Nihaal Chand, Union environment minister, who has been summoned by HC 3 months back. Police is not aware of his whereabouts although he has inaugurated projects and met Modi ji after the summon.
BJP has ensured that corruption flourishes in Delhi multi times by keeping delhi police, MCD and DDA out of the ambit of Delhi CM and SIT. Have you heard our PM or any BJP minister uttering a single word to the police about rapes, riots, murders, crimes against NE people witnessed in Delhi during last 180 days. May be, no such case happened in the capital due to Modi effect which I could not see.
IF ANY GIRL IS RAPED ON THE ROAD, RAPIST NEED NOT FEAR DELHI CM OR DELHI LAW MINISTER EVEN THOUGH BOTH OF THEM HAPPEN TO BE THERE BECAUSE HE KNOWS THAT THESE MINISTERS HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO ASK POLICE PRESENT THERE TO ARREST THE RAPIST. POLICE WILL SAY "LET THE RAPE HAPPEN. THEREAFTER YOU MAY COME TO THE POLICE STATION TO FILE AN FIR." ACTION IS PURELY AT THE SWEET WILL OF THE POLICE. SAME IS THE CASE FOR DRUGS BEING SOLD OR PROSTITUTION DEAL BEING FINALISED IN FRONT OF THESE MINISTERS.
BJP and its workers has used every violent means and vulgur language to defame AAP leaders, especially those who are fearless to name the corrupts and fight corruption, be it Prashant Bhushan, Som Nath bharti or Arving Kejriwal. So much so that BJP has no problem with Sonia Gandhi, Robert Vadhra but with Arvind Kejriwal who dared to expose few prominent BJP and cong leaders for corruption.
BJP has no problem to make father of the rapist as out Law minister but they have very serious objection against Som Nath Bharti who tried to take the residents of some area out of the trouble of day to day street gundaism, drug and flesh trade. Arun Jaitly is most suitable Finance Minister althpough he has been named as having crores of Rupees in the list submitted to SC.
How system has blown up out of proportion is evident from today's news that even Governor of Maharashtra does not know the number and names of the MLA who supported to form BJP Govt there. This is the height of the misuse of power. more

If there is honest intention, no problem can remain unresolved. Why can't a dual reporting model be developed to make Delhi Police answerable to Centre for identified centre related matters and to the state for other law and order matters. Alternately, if parliament and assembly can work simultaneously in Delhi, why not two set of police force with black & white authority? more

The Delhi government needs the police to be under its control. Else, Delhi will always have a dummy government only. more

Delhi was better disciplined under Central rule. Dont bring the Police under the state of Delhi Let it be any party. Still DP is best in India. more

Yes, both the UPA and NDA of two sides of one coin in all matters including supporting/safeguarding corruption or corruptness. That is why both are opposing AAP and trying their best to forbid AAP from coming in power so that their business can continue for ever and making people fool/slave/looting/spade goat easily. Only Mr AK is a person who dared to challenge Mr Ambani brothers and others who make corruption and tried best to help poor or helpless. Previously no one paid attention towards ranbasera/shelters of helpless and so on. No one dared to control over corruption or ordered for audit of electric companies or CBI director who helped corruption openly. more

but our innocent middle class is least bothered. they have money to get the things done and not bothered about rampant corruption as they are still living in dreams shown by Mr Modi. if this middle class does not wake up now, we will loose another 5 yrs and probably i will not be able to see corruption free (delhi) in my lifetime. more
