Beware Godrej Does not Posses any After Sales, The

I refurbished my house and for modular kitchen I went for an Indian Brand Godrej, even though it was expensive . I believed the sales pitch that they had a support system . Since a Kitchen is a long term use item, I went for it , spending almost twice of a local brand. However the rude awakening came when I needed service. The dealer from whom I bought refused saying, it is not his responsibility . The Sales person suggested I buy a whole unit , but never replied , on the issue of support even if I bought a new unit.
This incident occurred in July 2016. I finally managed to get an email id of the company and mailed them in October 2016. Finally they responded and sent me a quote in November asking for advance payment.
When queried about the availability , there was no reply.
Wary of the past experience I told they I will pay whatever the charges
After several exchange of mails, a person did turn up on 18 january 2017 ( after 4 months) to inform us the the parts ordered from Mumbai are wrong & he will get back with the correct ones, Promptly on the same day I received an SMS informing me of successful closure of my complaint.
Taken aback at this I contacted the call centre, who informed that as per their records the required parts have been changed. I have written a email once again to the company, and received a same ambiguous reply , as they have ordered the parts.

Can Anyone guide me about the legal process of the consumer court as I have communicated enough with the company with no outcome more

I would like to add to the information already provided, Barring the vague and non committal reply by Godrej on this fora, nothing has moved on the ground, As rightly mentioned by Mr Arun Patro: They do not have a system in place. more  
Present system of pricing that is without basing it on cost price is a cheating with the human race. Secondly the desire maximum profit or gain for self like standing no responsibility for the quality of product is unethical. Both the evils are required to be high lighted at all platforms more  
Personally, I consider this post extremely helpful because it gives the Circle members insight into what all is wrong with the Indian system of after-sales-service. None, but not a single one of the suppliers/manufacturers wants to take responsibility for the product delivered if there is even a slight hint of a claim. Producers obviously want to see only just up to the tip of their noses and not beyond. But it is in the beyond that "development and expansion" beckons! Why oh why is the Indian manufacturer so "shortsighted"? more  
Don't believe their words. They don't have system ready to listen customer voice. more
