Banks shut on 11 days this month

How do we as a country call ourselves open for business when our banks are closed 1/3rd of the time.

This is called inventing problems. more  
I am an ex Banker. Not fair to raise such issues as the holidays are declared by the centre & state. more  
WHAT IS THE ISSUE LIKE ALL OTHER GOVT. DEPT BANKS ARE ALSO HAVE HOLIDAYS FURTHER GOVARDHAN PUJA AND BHAI DOOJ ARE NEVER HOLIDAYS IN BANKS IN DELHI I AM NOT AWARE OF OTHER STATES more  
dear, I do not who are you, whether you are business or employed, sundays and national holidays, are
you not enjoying and 27 th sunday Diwali, do not get tension now a days without visiting bank, you
can do lot of work from your place, also every month Sundays are coming not only this October
