Meenakshi ji , I ASKED ONE QUESTION Did the Chief Secretary carry his mobile along ? Well I found out that he did . Now my second question Do we have Video coverage/Mobile recording of the meeting ? I am sure some one present their must have recorded the incident completely or partially . Medical report confirms the physical manhandling /assault . that leaves us to imagine what could have happened their ! CS must have felt uncomfortable the way questions were asked to him by the MLA s ! Must have used derogatory remarks trying to put an end to their uncivilized mannerism /approach Or just refused to answer back ? MLA's couldn't have accepted this and took it as an insult. CS must have passed some personal remarks on them ,or on their personality which provoked them so much so that they did not find WORDS to counter CS'S remarks hence .........! These are all presumptions ! Fact remains that - in the meeting CS went alone , He never expected any indecent incidence to take place like this in his wildest dream . He knew what he was called for . He had prepared his answers based on his anticipated questions . He was aware of his position His post . He knew how to deal with MLAs otherwise He knew to what level he can go down exactly if need be He was in touch with his other counter parts He knew how to handle such situation BUT we would like to know whether any similar preparation/rehearsal took place at our end ? I mean since our MLAs lack political experience , its quite likely they couldn't have shown the respect the CS deserves . Now the only aspect that we have not touched is - E G O Who is more POWERFUL MLA or CHIEF SECRETARY who will decide ? What ever the cause or reason behind this incident may be this was not expected Even if the CS's replies to our MLA's questions were unreasonable, intolerable ,they should have shown patience and let the RECORDING be shown to "Janta" My humble request to our respected CM please look into this matter seriously and air your unbiased opinion as its his moral duty to take the responsibility of this incident . more

Just one question Did Chief Secretary carry his mobile phone along in this meeting or not ? more
There was no CCTV in the room where the meeting was held. If you will recall, few weeks ago Manoj Tiwari and Vijendra Gupta had also claimed they were manhandled when they came to a meeting for ' Sealing Drive ' issue discussion. They had just given their suggestion and walked off. Luckily there were video recordings of mobile phones available which showed that Kejriwal with folded hands was requesting them to sit and discuss and this allegation could not stand. However, now after his meeting with LG , CS has been asked to fix the AAP government and now the Centre will use all its resources to malign and embarrass AAP to ensure BJP wins the next election by showing AAP cannot perform. more
You are trying to convay that Medical reports been doctored ? please clarify which category verbal abuses fall ? Its it criminal offence or not ? as damage done to hearts is invisible .?
what about the video recording done in side the room ? why can't it be aired since police has all the cctv footage why can't they arrive at any conclusion . Whom the CS is answerable to ? Why can't he takes over CS issue and reply on his behalf ? work should not suffer agreed but who is working now ? they got a big excuse now to get away from all the responsibilities is it OK ?
Janta always approach their Local MLA to get to know their day to day work progress whom should MLA approach ?
Agreed ! MLA's approach to the concerned government official was undignified Lacked sophistication or they used abusive language .
BuT question still remains -
Where is the Answer that CS had come prepared with ?
Or should we think that being and IAS officer, it was not difficult for him to create ugly situation and put the ball in MLA's court and divert the main issue in other direction so that no one raises the main issue again and HE comes out of awkward situation with an EASE.

PRINCIPAL DOES NOT CLOSE THE SCHOOL IF THERE IS FIGHT BETWEEN TEACHER AND STUDENT . HE RESOLVES THE ISSUE .
Unfortunately both Parent and Principal are keeping mum .
WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER STUDENTS if all other teachers go on strike ?
who will be the ultimate sufferer ? Do we presume that teachers are finding it an excuse to conceal their inefficiency in teaching ? more
More important question, how come not a single reporter could meet the Chief secretary and interview him next day ? If there were injuries, would not the all channels, dedicated to BJP and government, been showing them all day? Why only medical report was quickly given to media- because it was easy to make! more
I am bit confused. Chief Secretary does not visit CM or Ministers alone unless he wishes so. Most of the time Chief Secretary is always accompanied by the Secretary of that department concerned with a matter of discussions. Time is immaterial for the discussions between Ministers and Secretaries. more
What ever has happened at the CM residence, it can't happen with tacit support. more
