appropriate age/stage for Ashwagandha/Sidh Makardhwaj?

We have a family history of osteoporosis. My sister, aged, 50, has just started feeling the gene effect. What would be the appropriate age/stage for her to go in for Ayurvedic medicines like Ashwagandha/Sidh Makardhwaj. more
