ANTI CORRUPTION INITIATIVE AT THE TIME OF SELECTION OF CANDIDATE

Since, in our party, AAP,e everyone is Aam Aadmi, and AAP is strongly committed to eradicate corruption and crimes from the country, below is being proposed to be initiated by AAP chief or its directs.

This is to appraise below ~
Present ~ While the decision to allotted the permission/ticket to a candidate is being taken by party chief or designates. The party procedure is being followed or being deviated in special cases.
Proposed ~ While deciding its candidate, party gets biased to select the candidate ignoring its (candidate) social status, criminal status, corruptions charges being prosecuted in court of law. And the tickets are being allotted to corrupt and criminals who already had been jailed or being prosecuted in court of law. Hence, corruption and crime is not getting reduced.
Proposed~Approval of candidate may be done by autonomous body i.e. Election commission or body under President. This body should take care of candidates social status, criminal records and corruption charges or cases being prosecuted in court of law. And also the procedure of party to select the candidate. Party concerned, its chief or designates may decide the candidate while following its internal procedure and forward to the Autonomous body, i.e. Election Commission or else, for its final approval. Area/constituency to be decided by party and or candidate.
Thanks, request not to take otherwise. I am 100% with AAP even if all goes away. more

What happened to Lok Pal Bill 2013 passed? more
Sunil Mittal ji, I feel that you have done your job in fair manner. I wish you and your team best of win in the forthcoming general election that will be only due to your fair selection. All are best. Take an example of Sazia Ilmi, Party decided her as best and strong candidate to fight against the UPA Chairperson. But she refused and proved that she have some other ambitions within her for which AAP has already displayed a warning on big board. more
MITTAL JI, WE BUY VEGETABLES/FRUITS OR ANY CROP PRODUCTS WHILE THEY ARE IN SOILED OR SPOILED CONDITION BUT SOON AFTER WE WASH IT PROPERLY & PREPARE FOR COOKING FOOD. JUST IN THE SAME WAY, LET THEM(CORRUPTS/CRIMINALS) COME THIS TIME IN "AAP". AFTER PASSING JANLOK-PAL BILL, RIGHT TO RECALL BILL & SWARAJ BILL, THESE PERSONS FROM THE CORRUPTION OR CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CAN BE SENT TO THEIR FIT & PROPER PLACE i.e. JAIL. SO, DON'T MIND THIS TIME! OUR GOAL SHOULD BE TO FIGHT AGAINST THOSE BASTARDS POLITICIANS WHO HAVE BEEN IN RULE FOR 67 YEARS AND OUR CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN SO MISERABLE & LEFT AT THE STAGE OF SUICIDE, CRIME, CORRUPTION. "AAP" IS A HOPE & SHOULD NOT BE DIMINISH IT AT ALL. more
Dear Mittal saab, Your suggestion is excellent. I would also like to add that the Election Commission or any other authority who decides the matter should have only minimum discretion, i.e., the rules banning criminals and frauds entering the political arena should be clearly spelt out and they should be mandatorily adhered to by the EC. The EC should not be allowed much discretion in approving the candidates. Then the bureaucrats will not be able to favor someone and also someone cannot bring undue influence upon them to defeat our objective of clean politics. more
AAP wants change in system & politics. I can say they r successful in that. more
