more

Dear All, I want to share with another sensation news item with u all(some of u mat b aware of this fact already). How BJP & its ales in conjunction with drug mafia, r playing with the lives of youths in Punjab.: By: Express News Service | Chandigrah | Posted: January 22, 2015 4:06 am The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Wednesday ordered a stay on the transfer of Assistant Director of Enforcement Directorate Niranjan Singh who is probing the alleged Rs 6,000-crore drug racket and money laundering case in Punjab. Expressing surprise over the government’s decision to transfer Singh to Kolkata at a time when the probe is at a crucial stage, the Division Bench comprising Justices S K Mittal and Deepak Sibal directed the Enforcement Directorate to produce before it the record pertaining to January 16 transfer order of Singh on the next date of hearing, which has been fixed for February 2. “When the court is monitoring the important case and calling reports from time to time, then a specific officer needs to look into it. The issue is very important,” said the Bench as it issued notices to the Centre, ED, Punjab government and one of the petitioners, former Punjab Director General of Police Shashi Kant, to file their replies. When the court was told that that the Enforcement Directorate had told mediapersons that Niranjan Singh was required to probe the Saradha chit fund scam in Kolkata since he is a good officer, Justice Mittal said: “This is an equally important case. You may have hundred reasons. I don’t know if you have a list of good and bad officers. If he is a good officer, do they want to bring here a bad officer?” Meanwhile, advocate Navkiran Singh, who had filed the application seeking a stay on the transfer of the officer, submitted that the transfer order was not fair and “caused suspicion and apprehension in the minds of the people”. He said recently the High Court had provided security to the officer because of threat perception and added that Niranjan Singh had been summoning various politicians across party lines for questioning in the drug racket case. He also told the court that other Enforcement Directorate officials too have been receiving threat calls. - See more at: http://indianexpress.com/article/india/india-others/drug-racket-court-stays-transfer-of-ed-officer/#sthash.lBnNB7kU.dpuf Subrata Guha more

Harsh Bardhan, Satish Upadhya and many more leaders & workers unhappy at several constituencies in Delhi. BJP's supporters doing anti party activities. All is not well in BJP, will b reflected in Delhi poll result on 10th Feb. On the contrary AK/AAP's popularity increasing rapidly. Subrata Guha more
Dear All, Widespread revolt in all cadres of BJP for para-dropping a stranger Ms Kiran Bedi that too for CM's post. BJP has started disintegrating. Today Ms Kiran Bedi left abruptly a interview session at Times now TV channel, as she got angry/furious unable to reply/defend to any of facts/Qs put forward by Mr Anav Goswami. What I predicted earlier for Ms Kiran Bedi's induction into BJP, proving to be true. On these unrest/inner fight and not accepting Ms Kiran Bedi's induction into BJP, is by default advantage AK/AAP. My further prediction is that BJP will finally get even lesser seats than Congress in ensuing Delhi assembly poll. Subrata Guha more
Yes, many TV channels were showing AAP as leading party on 19.1.2015 evening and Mr Arvind Kejriwal deserve for the same. 2015-01-17 12:03 GMT+05:30 Sunil Dutt Agrawal : > more
Kiran Bedi, Sazia Ilmi's induction, BJP digging its own grave as I forecast ed earlier. and now I want to share with all what the Indian Express news item says: Kiran Bedi’s induction has BJP leaders fretting, fuming Written by Pragya Kaushika | New Delhi | Posted: January 17, 2015 4:19 am Former IPS officer Kiran Bedi’s induction into the BJP has upset a section of the Delhi party leadership. Sources said some senior leaders were fretting over the central leadership’s decision to paradrop Bedi and project her as the probable CM candidate in the capital. It is learnt that several senior leaders have expressed their displeasure at the induction of Bedi, claiming that she does not have adequate political experience. Many are also sour that the central leadership has overlooked them while taking such a decision. The decision to position Bedi against AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal is likely to affect the prospects of several leaders, including Union Minister Harsh Vardhan, MP Vijay Goel and Delhi BJP chief Satish Upadhyay in Delhi’s scheme of things. Sources said a section of the party leadership, which resents the Bedi’s induction, may also create an embarrassing situation for her as she is expected to campaign in the whole of Delhi and would not be able to focus on her own constituency. Subrata Guha However, it is understood that Shah has made it clear that anyone who works against the party’s decision and indulges in anti-party activities would face disciplinary action. The message sent across to the resenting leaders was loud and clear — abide by the decision taken by the top leaders or face consequences which could even be expulsion from party. - See more at: http://indianexpress.com/article/cities/delhi/kiran-bedis-induction-has-bjp-leaders-fretting-fuming/#sthash.USmJQVkG.dpuf more
