AAP's challenge

i disagree on pus .the purpose of launch was meaningful 40 years ago when capitalisum was not there at that time.today world is going global and efficiency and competitiveness is paramount.you have to compete against china,vietnam,korea,bric nations.govt cant run car companies or businesses(eg maruti is struggling to fight competition,they would have gone into losses had they been still a psu).watch sail or other psu's if they dont compete against future large volume and competive technolgies they will lose out. look at software cmc, like cos where are they?can they compete against microsoft,tcs,infosys etc.no. you need resources,independent decision making,culture and environment for talent to nurture and grow.that is not possible in psu. let govt do its task of defence,security,laws,social,education ,etcc etc which is itself a mammoth task to perform. more  

Right from sweeper to gatekeeper to top people are invoved in corruption .If one group loses it does not interfere in work of new group ,ab teri baree tu kama le ,like sometimes its congress sometimes its BJP more  

you go to MCD regards Civic services they tell u to go to RWA RWA says do it yourself what the hell we r paying Rs 3100/=a year when there is case regards RWAS that they cannot collect any money if the flats do not have four floors.Security is looked after by police,Cleaning by MCD .RWAs collect money and do what with it govt should take action .CAG should audit their accounts.They are charging adverising rights and take money for hoardings at gates,Thats the govt prerogative.Are they paying income tax .Is income tax ,mcd department noticing more  

we should start from our colony and shunt out corruptio from the colony RWAS have become corrupt AAP should look into it here is corruption anti corruption should look into this more  

Dear Mr. Agarwal, We pay different taxes to the Central Govt. and the State Govt. like income tax, service tax, excise duty, customs duty, sales tax / VAT, Road tax, property tax, octroi etc. In return the citizens expect various services from the above said Govts. viz external security (armed forces), internal security (Police), Education (schools colleges and universities), Health Services (Hospitals & dispensaries etc.), Roads and Rail etc. etc. The purpose for which the citizens pay the tax is not being utilized properly and a high %age is spent on collection of the tax itself (salary and perks of Govt. officials in tax collection deptts.) and whatever is left is utilized for maintaining the defence services and the white elephants (politicians & bureaucrats) who are neither able to perform themselves nor allow others to perform. Whatever is the balance amount left after the salaries / perks of all deptts. is utilized for development. The funds which go for development are substantially leaked (85%) by the time they reach the enduser/projects for development. Despite the citizens paying for the salaries and perks of the bureaucrats / politicians by way of taxes, it is pure arrogance and abuse of power that these very people act like masters and treat the citizens as servants. Unfortunately, no one has the authority to question them or investigate/punish their misdeeds. Hopefully jan lokpal may be achieved. Failure of Delhi Police can be seen from the Car Parking being handled by goons supported by DP at various places like SCOPE COMPLEX, LODI ROAD, Sai Mandir on lodhi road, Distt. Centre at Janak puri etc. All these car parking are on the road. When we have already paid road tax how can MCD or DDA allegedly authorize parking on the road. Since DP is non performing entire Delhi has been fortified by walls and barricades in all colonies but there is no one to question them. Similarly, MCD collects the property tax and other taxes but has failed to provide the basic sewerage facilities or quality education or hospitals or controlmthe stray dog menace in Delhi which is a potential health hazard not only to kids but to adults also. I would like to end here since this can be continued endlessly. However, time has come for citizens to question whether the taxes paid by them are being utilized in an optimal way or not.
