1st of all, please go thro the AAP allegations minutely. He is not saying Satish Upadhyay is doing anything illegal. He is saying, quote unquote 'Im just pointing out to a conflict of interest'. Meaning, how can a Political Unit Chief be involved in business?? There was a big article in TOI, which clearly says, that, there is nothing illegal in Satish Upadhyay being a Director in a company engaged in the supply of Electricity Meters. But, the timing of this revelation is just to implant doubt in voter mind, since, power tariff issue is quiet a sensitive one in Delhi. If Conflict of Interest is really an issue, tomorrow anyone can tell Kejriwal, that, look 'He is married as well as leading a Political Party'. Implying married people shud do justice to their family 1st, rather then the public. We r all in Conflict of Interests, blogging away from our offices, who r paying our huge salaries. Real and actual conflict of interest is when, let us say, if Satish Upadhyay is on the Reliance Board which is actually billing the customers and also wants to become CM. Which means, as CM he can control the billing in favor of Reliance. Real and actual conflict of interest example is like Ex-BCCI Chairman Srinivasan, who also heads India Cements which is the owner of Chennai Super Kings. Meaning, he has gifted his company an IPL league team, by virtue of being the Chairman of BCCI. Real and actual conflict of interest example is when Srinivasan keeps maintaining Dhoni as CSK Captain, on the India Cements Board as well as Indian Team Captain. Going by the overseas performance of Dhoni, he shud have been replaced as India Team Captain, long time back. Real and actual conflict of Interest wud come into affect, if Satish Upadhyay, if he becomes CM, or Minister in Delhi, passes a rule which makes it mandatory for Public to install only his electricity meters in all houses. On the contrary, Satish Upadhyay is just a Director of a firm, which supplies electircity meters to all Power Distribution Companies in Delhi. And, there r many firms like his engaged in the supply of Electricity Meters. And, he is doing it since many years, including the 49 days Kejriwal was CM. If Kejriwal was a true honest politician, he cud have revealed this long time back. But, he choose to do it when all opinion polls r showing he is just below BJP in percentage points. Realizing, he needs something sensational to tip the scales in his favor. He has previously faced the consequences of hurling baseless allegations. Which smartly he has side stepped by saying, that, 'Im only referring to Conflict of Interest'. Satish Upadhyay has rightly picked up the gauntlet and given him a 24hr notice. Things will only get more exciting, from now on. All these OpInion Polls being conducted by tremendously Secular media groups, who r grudgingly finding out thro their surveys that, BJP is the clear winners. All these OpInion Polls no doubt have been tampered with, in spite of which, they have to show that BJP is leading, grudgingly. What is allegation by AK? Installing meters? If I buy a geyser and the shop has contracted installation to Third Party (TP) and TP installs it at my home. Now if this geyser is defective or consumed more electricity that rated, who is responsible ? Installer TP or manufacturer of geyser? Upadyaya's company was just a contact firm providing installation service. AK tells half truth and thinks public is fool. He has already lost credibility. Now wolf story fits him well. more  

Kejriwal today will bypass all known title as the MOST DESTRUCTIVE CREATURE - will 80% votes in a worldwide contest leaving 20% votes to be shared between few African dictators. He is dirty, abusive, cunning and an indecent element funded by anti nationals and fronted by anti nationals. One example is this person called Udayakumar who is a christian fanatic funded by church created havoc in India's prestigious nuclear plant in Kudankulam. He was ably supported by Ramdas who is a stooge of Ford Foundation and with Ramdas connection, Udayakumar joined AAP to contest from Kanyakumari in Lok Sabha polls. This Ramdas was one of the prominent person who accompanied Kejri to election office to file his nomination from New delhi constituency (Ramdas's daughter is CEO of Ford Foundation). Udayakumar has some 30 plus criminal cases pending against him. Another foreign funded johnny is Pankaj Singh (Greenpeace) who again contested on a AAP ticket in Madhya Pradesh and lost miserably. His associate is this Pillai lady of Greenpeace recently in news (who actually want to travel in a business class to talk about poverty in India to a group of British MPs !!). She was arrested by UPA government earlier on various charges - now congress anti nationals are joining AAP and others in condemning the action of IB !! I think it is high time BJP start releasing the Kejri connection with ANTI NATIONALS - not to save Delhi but OUR COUNTRY from such destructive characters whose only aim is to destablise our country on behalf of foreign elements. Last year he was rolling up a piece of paper up above his sleeves and declared THIS IS JAN LOK PAL - PASS IT. Everyone asked, Kejri Sir can we have a look at it ?
