A REVIEW ON DEMONETIZATION IMPACTS.

Almost 40 days has gone after demonetization and it's impact to be reviewed with judiciously.
1.No doubt it will have positive effects in long run.
2.But how to overcome day to day prolonging queues at ATM for just 2000 note.(No smaller denominations 500 or 100)
3.Yes,the govt.is in full swing on IT raids and seizure of several crores.
4.But how to plug the easy flow of new currencies to those money laundering people.
5.Yes,govt assures that the money flow will be eased within 50 days from Nov.8.
6.But RBI should print more smaller denomination notes (500,100,50) and it should be 50% of money circulation and not as 16% like earlier congress govt. followed.
7.What is the necessity now to clarify the party fund tax exemption when there is no change made after Nov.8.
8.This clarification made opposition parties to divert the people as BJP govt.against the common man.
9.If possible the BJP govt. can invite all the registered political parties to make consensus decision for restructuring of party fund taxes.
10.Since a very sensitive issue this demonetization a high level watch dog mechanism to be made to monitor the implementation process more effectively. more

Why RBI only print rs.2000 notes. It again goes underground. The people need more 100, 50, 20 and 10 rupee notes for day to day life. Any where you go with 2000 rupee notes, you will not even one glass of water to drink. SBI ATMS are closed in the evenings. Banks only disburse Rs. 2000 rupee. will the vegetable seller give change for rs.2000. There are 90 per cent positive results for de-monetization. But this 10 percent is quite difficult. more
There is no point in providing some statistics, as mentioned by several readers., What purpose would it serve if the RBI stated that x,y,z,a,b,c amounts have been distributed to 6 different states? This is just talk by people. Many people are stating that there is lot of cash problem and long queues persist at ATMs. No one is realising that all those who are supposedly making long queues at ATMs need money for something or other. 90% of the products they want are available at most stores through the Debit Cards that they would be using at the ATMs. So what is the problem? 90% of these people in lines at ATMs can buy their required products by using the same card at shops. A lot of noise is being made by readers in this matter just as the huge noise being made by Congress and other Political parties. Simply because they have lost huge amounts of Black Money. The guys lining up at ATMs are apparently drawing cash for others, whose Black money they had deposited in their own accounts to earn some fast money as a percentage. more
There is a need for RBI to publish state wise distribution of currency notes by denomination. It will be better if it can be specified bank wise so that the public knows which bank received how many currency notes state wise and given that transparency there will be less scope for money to get diverted into wrong hands more
Unless the RBI pulls/peps up its notes (Rs 500,Rs 100.,Rs 50,Rs 10)printing mechanism/administration on war footing basis under the personal , hour to hour basis daily, supervision of none other than RBI Governor, & distribute the same to all deserving branches of banks/institutions with sputnik speed daily , the present note -scarcity disaster , bordering "Catastrophe"c consequences after 30/12/2016,are most unlikely to be mitigated & all best efforts put up earlier in demonetization by Modi saheb will be futile in my view.In case, the above relief (at least partial relief) is provided by RBI by 30 th Dec 2016, it would add another feather to Modi sab"s Government & the event would be great success. 0 minute(s) ago more
*How to convert all your black money into white in 4 easy perfectly "legal" steps?* Answer:- *-> Step 1* - Create a political party, and get registered under Representation of People's Act, 1951. [Not a difficult task. There are more than 1000 registered parties who didn't even contest 2014 Lok Sabha Election, and EC cannot de-register a party] *-> Step 2* - Donate all your black money to your party in parts, each part should be less than 20,000. You can make infinite such donations, and say that they came from people. [According to the RP Act 1951, the political parties are not required to report (to the Election Commission of India (ECI)) the name of the individuals or organizations from whom they have received donations of amount less than Rs.20,000.] *-> Step 3* - Go to bank, deposit all this amount in the party's account. [No need to pay any income tax. Political parties are 100% exempted from income tax] *-> Step 4* - Withdraw the amount as and when you need, in 50/100/500/2000 rupee notes - It is all white. [Since Political Parties are not under RTI, you can't ask them how they spent their money] ENJOY YOUR WEALTH...!!!! *Moral of the Story:- All political parties are same. All they do is follow the letter of law like above example & kill the spirit which is politically correct but ethically incorrect. But in the process teach you about how one can legally generate enormous wealth and still talk about ideals and concern for poor people. Isn't it fascinating?
