Example I buy one plot in Hyderabad. I thought I will do the construction, I am trying from last 4 yrs for approval to start the construction I went @50 time to GHMC office but I am unable to take the approval finally. I stopped and Now I am planning to sale this plot better will bye the flat more

Empty Mind/Brain is devil's workshop & so keep the people busy with some or the work to prevent this corruption. Employ these Idle youngsters to do the petty jobs like standing in queue on behalf of self still the turn of you comes. Yes you will have to shell out money but it will be still better than paying bribe & wasting your valuable time in the serpent queues. As far as possible Government should make it mandatory to do all the money transactions on line. The Official Papers/Documents should be made easy so that common man can also understand what is asked & what is to be filled in the Gaps. Unnecessary questions should not be asked so as to harass people. Judiciary, Police & Educational Institutes should be asked to take prompt action on the cases & delay should be avoided so as to prevent the corrupt practices. Why people have to pay donations, bribes to the Educational Institutes for getting the admissions. Education is the prime duty of the Government to provide to one & all. This is the reason why the literacy in India percentage wise is low as compared to the developed countries. Corruption from the Offices to move the files & allowing to meet the concerned persons should be taken very seriously. As if Government of Officials do not know this that we have to tell them from our Local Circles is not a very good idea. Government is very well aware about it & before making any laws or amendments in the existing laws they should make rules such that corruption is uprooted from the grassroot level. Common Man cannot change the Judiciary or the corrupt practices unless the Government takes initiative. more

'Deemed Corruption' - What is deemed corruption ? This is a technique that I have adopted, sometimes with success. For any work to be done in the government offices a certain amount of time is required. When the time taken is far beyond the normal, I call it deemed corruption. If the time required is made known to the official who is a to execute this in a very subtle manner, and the work get completed in the stipulated time, we have used this technique successfully. so many intelligent people are breaking their heads to reduce corruption. corruption by whom , we know ,government officials know. The solution is already in the red book. But who is interested in fighting against corruption. At least can some of us write their experience how they are suffered or suffering for not paying a bribe or harassed to pay a bribe. Unless we raise our voice no body changes. Punishment must be given publicly. He must be shamed in the society . more
