I am not blaming anybody for this.My purpose of writing this is to strengthen our education policy.Let us take up an example of Kendriya vidyalaya. Whatever fund is allocated to each Kendriya Vidyalaya. It straight away goes to their HQ
Each KV is getting only 65% fund and rest is lying with their HQ.
NO BODY BOTHERS WHETHER THEIR IS A SHORTAGE OF STAFF OR SCARCITY OF FUNDS TO MEET THEIR OWN DEMANDS.
Teachers are bound to involved in various forums due to that they do not give full attention to the students
The solution of this problem is that a group of eminent educationist should be engaged to look after the problems of each institute .They may be asked to give the status report of each institute for the betterment of it.
Decentralization of power is very much required for further growth of educational institutes more

not only the education fund,in KV the std of education is very very poor compare to other institutes-except very few KV's doing more than the std, every body knows that getting good CBSE marks is very very difficult and you can take an survey of every year in CBSE the important papers like physics, chemistry and maths-which is the key papers for calculation of marks in determining the students future, every year each paper is very very difficult questions which the KV teachers itself is admitting that, when the question arises, the board is telling we will look into that, but ..what about the students of that year that too from those KV's where teachers coaching is less compare to other institues, the fees been increased like private institutes, but what about the std of education?who is responsible, and so many teachers and even principal-except few-not taking much interest against the students, because max stds are either from defense or army, where they are not getting time to discuss about that, what will be future of students, why the std and at the time of question paper preparation, board is not taking care, so that lakhs of students future will be bright and their parents will atomatically bless the board, to competite with the state board in the competitive exams, will it happen, even defense and army childrens are not ready to admit their students-eventhough the 1st preference been given and so many facilites and only for them only in many place, even then also, they are not ready to admit their children in inter 1st and 2nd year-whereas other students not getting admittion in so many KV in class 1 to 10th std, whether board is bothered about that, any action/step been taken-the expenses to run inter +1 and 2nd is there-who's money is this, with less number of students so many KV is there-let the govt take an intensive survey-what is the board is doing from the date to till date..why board is not bothered about the students and the govt by give some actions against to the above..will it happen..hope for the best.. more
Dear Basant ji, You are worrying about Kendriya Vidyalaya.... It is good initiative but what about Govt. Schools..... Kendriya Vidyalaya still good system and good education because of their own children... I mean 90% students belongs to Central Govt. Employees and teaching staff. You should also worried about govt. school where teachers are not available and some uneducated. more
Imparting education is a noble profession and there is no money which can match the service. At the same time since it is also an organized sector salaries and development has to go in a proper perspective. Donations or funds from center, etc., are means for development of the institution. But the real development comes when the management of individual institution is taken up by selfless efforts. Even if a person becomes President of a country he still bows to the Teacher who made him and taught him. The government/ educational trusts/ management of individual schools should put in the sincere efforts. No policing will improve the institution. more
Good Suggestion, those who are Interested should form an NGO and take up Public Audit of Funding of Schools, Health, Infrastructure, Roads, PDS etc, where lakhs of crores are being siphoned and going into the pockets of Netas, Officials, Party functioneries etc. 30-40% of the project cost is minimum. Just imagine the booty Politicians grab, for which they even donot mind to spend cores, and even beat, murder, malign the opposition candidates in elections. I can volunteer and others may give their opinion / consent. more
A very god suggestion indeed for govt. to follow for each KV. more
