There needs be Inter-Ministerial Group to assess the situation and work out the impact and requirements of funds which need to be met in different forms for different agencies to function normally. Government needs to take urgent steps before negative impact of unavailability of funds start impacting the economy. more

now there is no cash around i ATMs. Bank should introduce manual system for some time. they should register the swipe and allow a person to draw that much for last las those many days ATM fails to cough up currency. The startup is given to credible innovation validated by experts of scientist in the field. Entrepreneurs work hard towards innovation. And after validation of innovation and its value proposition to community and country the entrepreneur ends up running after banks for fund. There is no defined policy as yet that makes mandatory for banks to finance the startup. The whole idea of startup under DIPP looks like a lozen given to kid to make him temporarily happy. Without definite framed policy innovation and startup is redundant. Without fund the concept of startup is good for nothing. We never know when the Govt. will rise to the cause of entrepreneurs. more

Government is unable to emphasise the principles of debt/equity funding by Banks/ Financial Institutions on the merits of a manufacturing projects. Banks/Financial Institutions start looking for Collaterals with influential references instead of Non-recourse funding to the project on the merits even in the range of Rs.10-15 crore with substantial equity (more than 11 percent) from individual technocrats. Working with ground reality in the interest of Green Development through honest tax paying individuals appears to be a remote dream in our country. more
