We are totally helpless for fighting against Corruption in "Inspector Regime" sponsored by ruling state and center government!
Miracle can happen only if "LOKPAL ACT"(applicable to all class of Government officials) is implemented!
Corruption is everywhere under "Inspector Regime" sponsored by ruling Government! It is the power and authorities given to Government officers/Inspectors by ruling Government which encourages these Government officials to harass common men citizens for bribes!
Tragedy is that no Common men citizens can take actions against these Government officers / Inspectors!
Only solution is "LOKPAL ACT"
Why can't we can do it if tiny country Singapore can do it! refer attachment! more

In a country where 90% of Government Officials and politicians are corrupt, tracking each one and bringing them to court is tedious task without guarantee. When better alternatives are there why go for this. more
The easiest way to curb corruption is digitize all Government records. All Government transactions, payments and receipts online only. Also demonetize and all transactions above Rs.1000 through banks only. more
Lokpal will investigate the case for some time, hand it over to the court for trial. Or hand it over to State Government, ask them to set up additional courts to complete the trial. In the end the verdict has to come from the court as in Jayalalitha case. Go to link below for details:- http://indialokpalbill.blogspot.in/2011/08/what-action-will-be-taken-by-lokpal.html Why all this long and costly way to stop corruption and black money? more
In general people may say they are against corruption. But the truth is that there is no receiver if there is no giver. The giver and receiver are working in unison. Both are at fault. So the only effective way is that the giver should not have any liquid cash in hand to pay to the receiver. Remove all big notes of Rs.1000, 500 and 100 permanently from circulation. All transactions above Rs.1000 through banks only. I don't think anybody will be happy with a bribe below Rs.1000 and he will not accept bribe in cheques. more
