Thanks to AK, at least people have some fear to take bribe for small small work. They are trying to open new ways to get the money from back doors. I recently have the example of EC office to get Voter ID card I paid Rs. 1000/- for me and for my wife for V-ID in 54 OKhla Assembly. I have been trying to get my V-Id card for the last two years and every time it was rejected by authorities and finally got it. more
