Whether registered or not there are plenty of cheating companies, no doubt. more
i was hired in one of those fake company in 2009. It was in GGN. Company was taking 35000 security money and ensure that first 3 month 6000 will be your salary and after that 15000. They hired around 200 employees in 6 month and then ran away. The company name was Array Technologies India then changed to Elnathan which was registered. So you cannot say, Registered company are not Fake. more
Yes, there are such companies, even with big names and are always looking to cheat their employees. I came across such company in Gurgaon area, where I worked through an agent for three days. But the agent/company kept dilly dallying and asked for my bank account. I gave the bank details and they gave me a cheque number that they have paid in my bank account through this cheque. But when I checked my passbook there was no entry of that amount. I contacted the agent but till now no reply. I don't know whether it is agent or company which is cheating. So mr. Avdesh Yadav is right, there are such cheating consultants/companies. more
