I am a civil engineer, started as GET in 1983 and took retirement as CEO of one real estate company in 2011. I am now a days in Bangalore and advisor to few real estate companies.

I believe that we job holders also should be little selfish like our employers and should work on alternate sources of Income along with our Job for creating assets. more

Hi Mukesh There are various options for investment in Real Sector (Residential / Commercial Properties) with an good assured returns. This option can be one of the options for alternate mode of income. Contact +919873793808 for more details. Thanks & regards Jaideep gar more
The matter is not that easy!!The employers suck out every drop of your blood, time and energy of your everyday life before they pay you the money. As an example, every time they are compelled to give holiday for voting, they will invariably call you on another holiday of yours. You shall always have to work under their camera, all of your mails are accessible to them, continuously they watch what are you doing. After commuting and wasting 3 hours a day , how much time is left for other works? How such concept comes to your head? It is not Government job. No Multinational will ever call you for interview unless you have a strong reference in your pocket. more
Hi,Mukesh .Please feel free to contact for different sources, and then to select what suits you best .9810084251 more
