57074 cases on a single long weekend day
Maharashtra reported 57074 cases today highest in the pandemic so far. We were at 8000 cases on Feb 1 so in two months we have had 7X increase. I hate to think where we will be on June 4th. Really hope vaccine wins the race against the virus.

wonder why covid numbers are increasing only in opposition ruled states and not in other states!!! more

Trace, test and treat is the only solution besides ensuring the appropriate Covid behavior. Our endeavour should be to ensure preventive measures issued by the health auth. Local auth have measure role to play in containing the spike of covid. more

The case numbers reported earlier of 8000 could have been due to insufficient testing. Even now testing is being done by the RAT (Rapid Antigen Test) method, which is not reliable. more
