Now they are not Aam Aadmi and have become VIP. Being VIP they have so many engagements and we must be aware about this. They cannot reach to every citizen. Whenever you need you visit to their places as per time scheduled by them. Firstly you may not success but I think after 2-3 times you will get success and discuss you problem.
