I think you need to dive deep to understand these deductions. I have been using internet banking for all my banking transactions, I have never been charged. Or is it something which is getting charges to some new users. Please check with Bank Manager or Connect with ASM for your area. Regards Sumit more

HDFC Bank is a Very Good Bank providing excellent services and never charges so as mentioned by Mr. Amrit Rawal Jee. However, you may approach the Branch Manager with your Account Statement. more

I have my account with HDFC at Block10,East Patel Nagar, Every time I go to the bank I feel cheated.They deduct Rs. 289/ from my account every month.I have never used Internet Banking facility. I also wrote to RBI MANY YEARS AGO. Nothing happened. It seems they're in league with eachother. more

Dear Mr. Amrit Rawal, It is rather surprising to note that HDFC is charging fee for IBS. There are two issues. 1. If they are charging such fee, whether they have stated the same on their website. 2. If it is stated on the website, one has to see whether it is ethical to charge. Please confirm on first point i.e whether it is stated on the website or not. As far as point No. 2 is concerned, I am just wondering if you can give the facts to me on an email for further study and taking up issue with RBI. more
