21 millions jobs lost this year already

India had 86 million salaried jobs last year end of August and this number is now 65 million at the end of august (see attached)

What Plan does Govt have to create jobs? The LocalCircles survey indicated things were getting bad and pessimism is rising in independence day survey but this seems far worse.

Unless business is incentivised With money in hand And some certainty of future, new jobs will not be created. more

we need a new approach by replacing all Govt. Jobs with Accountable Jobs on the basis we decide our salaries based on quality delivery, our system now collapsed e.g. 1- IAS and other babus are not accountable now, they gets their regular increment & promotion knowing the facts organisation headed by them are going in dormaint. 2-Most of the Industries instead of showing rising trend every time asking for financial assistance, what is the fun to support such institutions ,always they are blaming on their stakeholder for losses. 3-Every years lacs of Scholers are being awarded for P.hd. but hardly we know value addition in any field although Scholers are acheiving 95 t0 99% marks right from High School level. There is need for a revolution. more
First, have a mindset to work sincerely. Most of the job losers are lazy, unskilled, and not dedicated to what they are suppose to do. Thank Covid-19 for getting rid of these parasites. more
Your logic is retarded. You literally want to kill innocent people just because they lost their job. more
We the people of India are too selfish and self centered who are interested only and only the well being of I, Me and Myself. Most of the young generation are made to learn to demand from Govt. and the Society but not learn to give something to Govt. and the Society. Everyone knows and look only for 10 to 5 job. Can with kind of mentality India can become a Economically and Socially as sound country? Answer is a big NO. Instead the young generation MUST look for some economic activity of their own. There are people who flock to Metros and live worst life than the animals but would not like to thing something for the villages / small towns as the real demand has to come from these places only but no they are not prepared to work in villages and small towns but go through all kind of inhuman treatment in offices, at the place they are forced to spend the nights and while commuting. This mindset has to change. People started mocking Modi ji when he talked about Pakoda Stall. Don't we all eat Pakora but no making Pakora in public is below the dignity, which they just don't have and command. Stop Begging. Thanks more
To ask the govt. to "create jobs" is probably not right. Yes, jobs have been lost in the organized sector, probably more in the unorganised sector. There are more jobs in the service than in manufacturing. The govt. could work with the Pvt. sector (industry bodies) to understand where the jobs are and pitch this to the job aspirants. By itself, the govt. could see which of its services could be improved and what new could be given to benefit citizens. To ask the govt. to create jobs, the would only look at infrastructure (new construction) or getting companies to set up industrial units. And those who have lost jobs or are looking for jobs, could be more flexible in the type of work they could do. more
The Truth is that Millions lost jobs more
