AK had refused to sign bail bond & went to Tihar Jail. He did not get any relief from High Court. Why then he agreed to sign the bail bond?

Further when he was released from Tihar, he did not come out via gate no 4, but he escaped from gate no 1. Thousands of AAP workers were waiting for hours at gate no 4.
I think AK did not want to face his own workers. He was ashamed of what he has done. The whole act was to attract the media attention. more

Dear Mr. Ashok Gupta, I agree with you. AK has disappointed a large number by his certain uncalled for actions. I appreciate the views expressed by the fans of AK. But the fact remains that AK is only agitator & will always remain agitator. We have so far not seen him performing. He did not perform his duties well in Tata Steel, RK Mission, Mother Teresa & finally in IT Dept. more
As per my knowledge there were two aspects. 1. Bail Bond and 2 Personal Bond. AK did not fill bail bond he filled only personal bond which is miss interpreted by media. Second exit of any body is decided by jail authorities not the person being released so this point is also invalid that AK decided the exit gate. more
Ashokji, what you seem to be missing is the real intent of AK in refusing to go by the system that he felt needed a change. The idea was to highlight the issue, which he succeeded in doing so. We should realize that a very large number of persons, who are unable to fulfill the bail bond requirements, just because they do not have the means, are languishing in jails whereas, those who have money power behind them, get away even if they are guilty. It is to help out such people that AK did what he did. Sometimes, we tend to react without understanding the vision/ goal behind such a move. AK has been trying to challenge systems that makes Law unequal for citizens with varied means. more
Deepak ji you are right more
