Ashokji, nothing concrete comes to mind, except mobilization of the society, particularly its male segment, in opposing & exposing rape & women safety & security issues. This should be done by providing incentives & recognition to such persons, who stand up for women causes. The miscreants should know that the society will stand up for a women, if she is teased at a public place. more
