An interesting incident has come to the notice. ESI Hospital, Basai Darapur, New Delhi-110 015 advertised posts of Senior residents which also includes ENT besides others for a walk in interview scheduled 02/09/2016.
As per advertisement, Doctors attended walk-in interviews on 2nd September 2016 wherein DD for Rs. 300/- was taken as fee. However, shockingly, ESI Hospital while declaring the results on 9th September 2016, it states that the "The vacancy of ENT was advertised inadvertently" hence no one selected. Firstly the vacancy notification itself for ENT is really suprising followed by interview and then thirdly as to under what circumstances the DD of Rs. 300/- is retained by them .
I hope the matter would be investigated and concluded as to whether the vacancy was notified inadvertently or is there any other goof up and the fee so collected from the candidates of ENT would be refunded to the candidates immediately along with other incidental expenditure including fee charged by the bank for issuing DD. The document is attached here more

I only mean let us be serious for what ever we are doing. On 15 September 2016 at 07:15, MM Ali Khan (Senior Citizen) < support@localcirclesmail.com> wrote: > more
Each doctor who attended the interview call must claim his cost for the day, transportation, and inconvenience cost from the Govt so that this does not repeat next time. The cost should be so high that the organizers / administrators are questioned as to how was this done? They make every thing as advertisement stunt. The content of the mail sent to ESI Hospital: "We have been informed by one of the doctor that ESI Hospital, Basaidarapur, New DElhi advertised the requirement of Senior Residents and interviews were held on 1st and 2nd September as walk in interviews by charging fee of Rs. 300/- from each applicant by way of DD. A copy of the sadid notification is attached for ready reference. One of the Department having notified vacancies was for ENT for which the interviews were held on 2nd Sept. 2016. The applicant was shocked to see the result dtd. 09/09/2016 stating that the vacancy for ENT was notified inadvertently. This has also surprised us and we request for an investigation as lot many candidates with DD appeared for the interview. This has not only resulted for an unethical practices for charging the fee but also putting other incidental expenditure onto applicant attending the interviews. While we shall appreciate receiving your feedback on such a serious lapse as the applicants might have come from far off distances spending huge money, meanwhile we expect that the fee collected from the applicants appearing in ENT Departments along with reasonable expenditure incl DD making charges shall be refunded to all applicants at their registered address immediately preferably within 7 days." more
Congrats,to Mr. Virmani for the nice information and the exposure. At the same time thanks to the AAP member who has immediately acted and suggested to complain with LG office. I can read between the lines as well. That being what it is, it is a serious matter and has to be deeply investigated and such a serious inadvertance has got to be seriously looked into. LOCAL CIRCLES PLEASE TAKE UP WITH APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY AND POST TBE RESULTS. Thanks. more
The best course is to make an on line complaint on LG's grievances cell, who will look into this matter and accord the requisite attention to it. You will get your complaint number instantly and can also track its status. You may upload necessary documents copy with your complaint. The matter on the face of it appears serious. If still no concrete action is taken, you can file an RTI to know about action taken in this regard more
