Modi trying to dissolve Delhi Assembly through L-G: AAP

AAP dares Modi to field the L-G against AAP from any constituency

In a recent interview, Delhi's Lt Governor Najeeb Jung displayed no hesitation in admitting that he would consider dissolving the Delhi Legislative Assembly. The Aam Aadmi Party believes that this is Prime Minister Modi expressing his intent through the L-G and these opinions have originated directly at the level of the Prime Minister. The AAP is of the firm opinion that PM Modi wants to dismiss the Delhi Government and establish President's Rule, thus seizing control over Delhi illegally.

During a press conference held at the AAP headquarters, senior leader and National Spokespers on of the party Kumar Vishwas said, "In the form of an L-G, Delhi is suffering from an aristocratic overlord who is trying to dislodge the elected Govt of Delhi and take over control of the state government. The fact is that these are the Prime Minister's thoughts, being expressed through the L-G. We would like to remind Mr Modi that the right to make laws rests with the Parliament and that if he wants to, he can attempt to dislodge the elected government and begin an undeclared Emergency Semi-final. But Mr Modi must not forget that this country runs by rule of law and democracy, and we have already seen this in Uttarakhand and Arunachal Pradesh. The law, Constitution and democracy are supreme in this country, but if Mr Modi wants to disregard them and carry on with his Unconstitutional plans, we dare him to do so. The people of Bihar had given a fitting reply to him, as did the people of West Bengal. In future, Punjab, Goa and Gujarat too will show Mr Modi what the people feel about his Unconstitutional acts. Mr Modi is using Delhi to test his dictatorial plans for the country, as though this were part of an experiment to be the conducted in the whole country. He should realise that the people of India will give him and his party a zero in the elections if he continues on this path. If he has any doubts about this, he should field the L-G in any constituency of Punjab, and if that prospect scares him, he can choose a safe seat for the L-G in Gujarat, but there too the result will be the same!" more

HOW DARE LG SPEAKS IN TV INTERVIEW TO THE NATION THAT HE CAN EVEN DISSOLVE THE ELECTED(67/70) ASSEMBLY. IS THERE ANY IOTA OF DOUBT THAT HE UTTERED THIS SO CONFIDENTLY BECAUSE OF INSTIGATION FROM MODI/AMIT SHAH/RAJNATH SINGH. WHY EACH AND EVERY PROJECT IS BEING STALLED BY LG, WHICH R IN THE INTERESTS OF CITIZENS OF DELHI? WHY POWER OF VOTE OF DELHI CITIZEN IS LESS THAN THAT OF HARYANA & OTHER STATES? R NOT DELHITIES PAYING TAXES? WHY THIS INSULT TO DELHI VOTERS? WHAT IS THE USE OF AN ELECTED GOVERNMENT THEN? WHY TO GO FOR ELECTION AND SPEND CRORES OF RUPEES ON ELECTION IN DELHI? I HOPE MODI WILL B AGAIN HUMILIATED BY SC BY REVERSING THE RULING OF DELHI HC, IN A SIMILAR FASHION TO THAT OF ARUNACHAL & UTTARAKHAND. MORE HUMILIATION AWAITED FOR MODI IN PUNJAB, GOA, GUJARAT & UP ELECTIONS. more
I am not sure if Modi is bringing hurdles to Kejriwal govt, but a full statehood is required for most roads of public interest like MCD, PWD, DDA, issues. Most colony are waiting regularization issues. Till date police men & MCD official are taking bribes for allowing construction in unauthorised areas. Traffic policemen are still taking huge bribes from trucks. Private Schools are making Delhi parents bankrupt. more
the problem of AAP is they blow all issues out of proportion. Just because AAP is in power they want to change the present up which is as per the Constitution. Highly educated and numerous award winner CM should know the basic fundamental of the Constitution. It needs to be amended as per the law. Just shouting and blaming Modiji for everything is not the way. When High Court passes orders against the action of BJP, then Courts are praised but if it is against AAP then the decision is wrong and will go to SC. After Sc dismisses their petition they will again blame Modiji. Funny more
No criticism at all & with due respect to Modi ji , I would like to emphasise that a literate always respects a literate, an honest respects an honest. If someone is putting hurdles in the running of Govt.by a well qualified, I R S , a magssassy award winner and a proven honest man like Kejriwal, he is harming his own self as well as his party. These mean tactics will definitely boomerang on BJP itself. If he tries to dislodge AAP Govt.he may dislodge BJP from the hearts of the ccitizens. more
I do agree. As citizen of Delhi, I would like to be ruled by CM of Delhi. Why LG - appointed by ruler of India? Natural question also arises how we were managing before? Especially during CWG / Transport department, DDA, MCD, Education department, Medical Department etc. ? Now the people of DELHI wants change. Still they want us to rule by old and out dated rules? We suffered because of these rules that's why we voted for change. One piece of advise to APP - better do not name - PM, ever day. Even Congress - having experience of 60 years could not put their case before the masses. You are not competent nor have enough resources. So better try to do the work - what ever is possible and concentrate on visible results. Time will tell us. more
