AAP on MCD bribery issue
The people of Delhi are witnessing a municipal breakdown in the rule of BJP in the MCDs. The last crisis of employee strike was amicably sorted out with the intervention of the Delhi government and LG office.
The root cause MCD malfunctioning and laxity of the civil body towards the welfare of the people is out with recent allegation of corruption against BJP ruled North Delhi Municipal Corporation Mayor Ravindra Gupta now being linked to a case of bribery. The allegations of demand for bribe from builder Mukesh Gupta is now out in open and is staring at the eye of the BJP leadership.
Even after a release of funds to MCD by Delhi government and LG, the due payments of the MCD employees have not been given. The reason is simple. The BJP led MCD leaderships are budy siphoning the money for their own ends. The recent allegations of corruption against North Delhi Mayor is just a tip of the iceberg and many rotten scams are buried inside the files of MCD.
It has also come to the notice through media that the bribes which Ravindra Gupta demanded from builder was allegedly in the name of big leaders of BJP. The matter needs to be investigated to its core.
Aam Aadmi Party demands that within 48 hours the matter needs to send for enquiry and the guilty punished. The racket of corruption in MCDs need to be exposed. Aam Aadmi Party would demand the Delhi government to order an ACB enquiry into the scam.
The hard earned money of the public is being looted by the BJP in MCDs. People are aware of it and they would punish them in the proper course during the elections more

Delhi MCD issue is a strange case. The public is confused as everybody pretends to be clean and the actual people involved or who can set it right are hiding information. Delhi gives the money to MCD and MCD says we have not received. On questioning, they MCD says they received only part money and go on strike throwing garbage on the streets as protest. Public feel that MCD should be given the salaries and finds Delhi government responsible. Then MCD says that salaries were given upto the previous month and again threaten to go on strike if the next month salary is not given. What is all this. Where has the public interest gone. Swatch Bharat campaign means that you pay taxes to MCD and clean yourself. The guilty has to be punished and the entire issue should be published. more

actually there should be only one election every five years which should enable to choose government including MCD. MCDs should be part of same government not separate body chosen separately. Separate elections means tax on common man. Atleast under same governement their differences will not be there & city would be neat and clean. more
