Today the approach has become different, youngsters want to overnight get fame and make great money.Look for big financial support before even having a feasibility done for the project.Strategy to pick associates and partners for the business is very different. Success stories are not many as youngsters are in a HURRY.They need lot of inputs to march forward.We need positive mentors who can help and guide them.Having got associated with over 50 startups,I feel that Mentors can make the difference. Looking for mentors who can volunteer about 12 to 16 hours per month on Skype to help SME's as well as youngsters in this startup journey.
