Press Release -21 July 2015
The laxity and conceited behavior of the Delhi Police is getting exposed day after day with more evidences and eye witness accounts coming to light in the Anand Parbat Murder case of teenage girl Meenakshi.

The police to have failed to garner any evidence or any substantial eye witness account other than one, whereas several media organizations and civil society members could find and talk to more witnesses in the case.

“It is strange that while the family have given statement that it was the two brother and their mother who led in the brutal attack, the police thought it fit to arrest only one brother. It is a clear case of conspiracy to save someone,” Aam Aadmi Party Delhi unit convener said in a press conference here today.

This case is a clear example of how you kill a crime story with clinical precision. The arrested person was not taken to police custody for investigation and the police from day one has been trying to dilute the case, he added.

“It was strange to note that while Police Commissioner came to meet Chief Minister yesterday, he was trying to justify the crime by saying that it was the girl who spitted on the boys and infuriated them. What is he trying to prove is a mystery to us while he himself acknowledged that the victim family made 20 calls to PCR in recent times against the accused,” senior party leader Ashutosh said. Press conference was also attended by senior party leader Raghav Chaddha.

Aam Aadmi Party has called upon its government in Delhi to convene a special session of the assembly to discuss the deteriorating law and order situation and women’s safety in the State of Delhi. more

Sunilji, Now I Know, why our country is still a SLAVE & DEVELOPING Country, even after 68 long years of So-called Independence...Do you know why a FALSE STORY is running even today, regarding our Beloved Hero - Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose ??? more
I want to ask Mr Nanda. R .K tha thow much money is wasted by Kejriwal , please specify . Is it any way near to 17 crores and a life wasted by Mr Modi trying to inaugurate one hospital in Banaras. Is there any need to inaugurate hospitals or any other thing by PM, why not any labourer can do the same ?? How long this kind of culture will go on. we must make life simpler and motivate people from BPL to bring equality in society at least in terms of honour.. more
We agree with this that the Delhi police is not working with his full potential, please note this problem is not only with the Delhi Police this is with all the state police. If Mr. AK is really want to sort out this matter then call to police commissioner and discussed with him what is the main cause for this situation and what is the solution, and support to him by saying that you must try to control the law and order problem and what assistance from us you want. then any solution came out. but he is only enjoying to defame Modi ji and LG it seems that he is engaged in dirty politics. you are requested please stop the fight with central govt. and try to some work for Delhi public welfare, nowadays nothing development work started even street light tube not changed for the last six month. They only happy to fix the new poster every day. please spend this money in the road etc. more
Rear Mr R K Nanda, Sir how can support/encourage police inaction in providing security to Delhi-ties specially women. How can security of Delhi-ties specially women b compromised? Delhi police can no longer take bribe to let off criminals with heinous crimes and pass on the booty to top, practice until now. AK has stopped this money making mint in Delhi by Delhi Police. The BJP govt must b threatening Delhi police for nt making money for them any more. Otherwise how can Modi plan distributing 20 lakh saries @Rs 200 crore with Modi's photo printed on the pkts, to woe Bihar voters(shown in all TV news channels). Or how this 200 crore rupees will b generated? Who will meet >50 crore for Modi's each rally in Bihar in the ensuing poll. Sir, what I can understand from yr comments is that Delhi police continue the practice as did in the case of Minakshi(not attending 2 numerous complains by Minakshi/family) & numerous similar cases in the past. Allow such crimes 2 happen & take bribe 2 let the accused go, and Delhi govt pay the victim. more
We are forgetting that the AK govt. is more after the police and PM, instead of bringing before the people in complying with his 70 promises, he will never repeat this fact. The way he is wasting the public money amongst all MLAs and workers in making them happy should be an eye opener for the people of Delhi. He is lacking in administration and more trust in dictating the terms amongst his party and the LG and Centre. We were looking forward for the change in the Delhi circumstances, but nothing has happened. Regarding police, we should allow them to do their duty, Meenakshi is not the only case, we should have all the sympathies for other such bad incidents, being occurred in Delhi, and AR should also visit such persons, who lost their near ones and offer them monetary assistance. People will appreciate this gesture of goodwill by the Chief Minister. more
