In spite of all accounting details available online, "Inspector Regime" will harass you for taking bribe. These Government Inspectors will demand hard copies of accounts to harass!
In India, where ever there is Laws, Rules and regulations, there is corruption because of "Inspector Regime". All responsible Government officers are make money fearlessly by Corruption! Both State and Center Government don't have control over it and Common men Citizens are helpless to do anything against Corrupted officials because they are protected by both Governments!

I, 100% agree with Mr. Harshad Rambhia. We were taught that there are four pillar of democracy (i) Politicians, (ii) Bureaucracy,(iii) Judiciary, and (iv) media. Unfortunately all the four are now after money only. I don't know how they will carry money with them while departing. There is no concern for society which is suffering because of this. When I talked to a media person he frankly conveyed we need advertisements for survival of our news paper. Why cases are pending in courts for years? No one is questioning. Like Bureaucracy is not willing to serve but they simply wish to rule on patter as British used to rule. Politicians spend so much money for winning election why to make money only. more

Indian babus have got universal licence to loot people of India, Govt may change but their licence to loot will never change. The best way is online electronic filing and processing. Due to this corruption in refunds have come down to almost zero level. The same type of actions should be initiated for other spots of corruption. more

Rules are framed to make procedures simple and hassel free but the general experince is altogether different. It is the mindset of the person dealing the issue. Perhaps there are incidents when the case discussed of similar type before the same HONORABLE JUDGE, but it is the proceedings took place and interpretation of the rules that the decision of the same JUDGE was different. My submission is that the Rules should be drafted in such a way leaving no room for interpretation or rules from loopholes. further the attitude of the person concern should to help out with mindset of " MAY I HELP YOU ". Rather than to have attitude that " MURGA FASA ". Please note that the submission it in good faith and has no intention to hurt anybody's immotions. Regards, more
