Thanks for sending the good messages. Kindly let us know how to stop for paying bribe in Sales Tax Department. All the officers are appointed one cashual labour outside of the office and they are taking the bribe. If you are not paying the bribe then they will not do the work. more

I do not agree with M/s PK Jayan &co.It is we who are prepared to pay.If we all decide not to pay and tolerate some delay the things would slowly improve.I have not paid any bribe in Income tax and other Deptts so far.It is only when we are corrupt that we agree to pay not to open Pandora box or sometimes honest people also agree to pay to avoid going a number of times and justify ourselves by calculating the cost of visiting the office no of times and time wasted.If the working of offices is made transparent and every body should have access to our files and meet senior officers the corruption starts disappearing.The GOVT SHOULD HAVE CITIZEN CHARTERS Laying the time limit for each of the services. more

sir Stopping bribe in vat area is impossible. The main reason is the law is drafted very badly leaving lot of chances to take bribe. In Kerala the situation is also bad. If we dont give the so called bribe, everything will delay for months at last the clients will decide not to do any business. This irresponsible people taking bribe across the table from the office itself not through any mediator, nobody is caring that.We can most the people from vat and other employees from different departments are accumulating huge wealth either in the name of spouse or their relatives and get it transferred after the retirement. They are well protected by the political parties , unions, Ministers and other dogs and pigs who get the share. more

in order to stop corruption in sales tax is make registration online and whenever anybody need any statetoury form like ST35 and f form should be either made online or no autheication and there should be self assesment more
