I think AAP must ensure revenue officer work honestly and everyone pays all their taxes and duties.We want honest Govt, honest oficers but are we paying full stamp duty, VAT etc?AAP can remain in power with good governance only not only be free water free electricity.THey have to live within means. more

We should not give speed money (bribe) to sped up our work. Let it take its normal time. There should be a grievance redressal cell in each department to approach if it is taking longer than usual. This cell should be manned by honest and helpful officials - there are always honest and helpful officials in every department and they are known to everybody in the department and people coming there - such people should be appointed in these cells. Not only Govt officers every citizen has to be honest, are we paying taxes and bills honestly?Hoping everything from Govt is too much, though Anticorruption helpline will go long way and should be implemented now.. more

What is required is to create a feeling in Govt. offices that if anybody demands a bribe, he is under watch and will be caught. Inquiry windows in Govt. departments should be manned by competent and honest staff who know all the procedures to guide public and not send them one room who will refer him to another room and so on (avoid sending public from pillar to post). They should be sympathetic and have helping attitude. Periodically, those standing in queues at any Govt. window should be asked whether they are satisfied and what are their suggestions to improve service. This will give some feedback to the dept. to improve service. more

Further what is important is to check loopholes in the system with the help of professionals like CA. If loopholes are being worked upon taxpayer will be forced to fall in line and pay tax correctly. more
