Dear Virmaniji, I am also RTI Activists and agree with you. I have till now about 60 RTI are pending in the CIC and it is true all points are not taken into accounts which are mentioned in the RTI filed by the person concerned. Some of Information Commissioner give due consideration and some dont. The RTI purpose is defeated when no result is achieved.
