BJP has overwhelming support from upper cast hindus/ traders/ sangh pariwar, Cong from Muslims and lower middle class, SP from yadavas, BSP from dalits/ lower cast etc. Kejriwal has no such solid votebank behind him. If he has managed to transcend all cast, religion and communities and gether support for his ideology and mission accorss the board, it is a remarkable achievement.
Change has already begun. Believe me, even if AAP does not form a Govt in Delhi, it will play a role of constructive opposition and shall serve the Delhi better than any other ruling party.

And don't go by the Exit polls. They have miserably failed in 2004 & 2009 elections. AAP will win atleast 15 seats including Varansi seats. more
