Mr. Tomar and Mrs. Smriti Irani both had claim that they are degree holder. Mr. Tomar has produced a degree which is alleged to be fake. If it is fake, yes he deserves punishment.
But what about Mrs. Smriti Irani? Whether she is a degree holder? If not what action is being contemplated? If yes, whether she has produced degree for verification?

Whether there are two kind of measurement one for central minister and other for state minister? more

Education Minister Mrs. Smrity Irani defends herself saying that educational qualification is not a criteria for creative work and social work . She compares herself with prominent figures like Thomas Alva Edison, Rabindranath Tagore etc. Holding no educational qualification is not a crime but the crime is when a person claims falsely that he/she is holding a higher educational qualification to the public which she is not. As such it is quite a wrong submission. more
BJP is even more corrupt that it let UPA do all scams easily, keeping the opposition party a hand in glove with Congress. Participating equally in scams and possessing black money, Modi is unable to take action against corrupt BJP members. Modi must resign immediately for his inability to take action against criminal ministers. more
Emergency-like situation in future can't be ruled out: LK Advani Last Updated: Thursday, June 18, 2015 - 10:43 Emergency-like situation in future can't be ruled out: LK Advani Zee Media Bureau New Delhi: At a time when his Bharatiya Janata Party is in power at the Centre, veteran leader LK Advani has sought to ruffle feathers by saying that an Emergency-like situation in future could not be ruled out. “At the present point of time, the forces that can crush democracy, notwithstanding the constitutional and legal safeguards, are stronger,” Advani said, in remarks that are bound to create controversy as his tumultuous relationship with Prime Minister Narendra Modi is no secret. The senior BJP leader made the remarks in an interview with The Indian Express, just days ahead of the 40th anniversary of the imposition of the Emergency on June 25, 1975. Advani said the country's political system has still not come to terms with the Emergency of 1975. Since the imposition of Emergency during 1975-77, “I don’t think anything has been done that gives me the assurance that civil liberties will not be suspended or destroyed again. Not at all,” Advani told the English daily. “Of course, no one can do it easily… But that it cannot happen again — I will not say that. It could be that fundamental liberties are curtailed again,” he added. Stating why the same situation could arise again, he said: “I do not see any sign in our polity that assures me, any outstanding aspect of leadership. A commitment to democracy and to all other aspects related to democracy is lacking.” Advani said he was not implying that the Indian political leadership was immature. However, he added that because of its inherent weaknesses he is not able to have faith in the political system. “I don’t have the confidence that it (Emergency) cannot happen again,” he stated. Noting that the Emergency was imposed in 1975 by the then prime minister Indira Gandhi despite having constitutional safeguards in place, the veteran leader stressed that “there aren’t enough safeguards in India in 2015”. But he did add that the Emergency of 1975 could save India from recurrence of such a situation. “The aftermath of the Emergency having been an election in which the party that imposed the Emergency lost very badly, would always be a deterrent for future rulers who think of repeating what was done in the 1970s.” more
MODI(2002, USA NO VISA & DELHI LOVES MODI:32/70 TO 03/70) "NAA KHAENGEE NAA KHANE DENGE(MERE BANDOO KO CHOR KAAR)". BLACK MONEY BAPAS LANA NAAHI, USEE BARANA HAI........ With passing time, more and more evidences piling up to prove the unholy alliance of Lalit Modi and BJP leadership. The ruling BJP in centre seems conveniently tightliped on its relation with Lalit Modi alleged on money laundering and its top leaders. Even as point of suspicion against Union External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj still ramain grave and undefended, fresh proofs of connivance and financial irregularity between Lalit Modi and Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasudhara Raje are here in front of the Nation to ponder. The transaction in question are between three companies. Namely, Niyant Heritage Hotels Private Limited (owner by Vasundhara Raje’s son), Ananda Heritage Hotels Private Limited (owned by Lalit Modi) and Wilton Investment Limited (a Mauritius based company) The alleged transactions are as follows: Share application money received by Ananda from Wilton of Rs.10,33,15,733. Further calls not deposited and this money forfeited. Again money brought in by Wilton in Ananda for purchase of equity shares Rs. 21,08,33,480. Therefore total money received by Ananda from Mauritius co Wilton is Rs.31cr approx Ananda then gave unsecured loan of Rs.3,80,00,000 to Niyant. It is unclear whether it was interest bearing, any collateral security given. The criteria for giving and receiving loan is still unclear. Then on 1.4.08 Ananda bought 395 shares of face value of Rs.10 per share at Rs.96910 per share, in Niyant Again on 21.09.09 Ananda bought 420 shares of face value of Rs.10 per share at Rs.96910 per share, in Niyant. Therefore total money pumped in by Lalit Modi’s company in Raje’s son’s company is Rs. 7.80cr approx + 3.80 cr= 11.63Cr. The money received by Vasundhara Raje’s son and his company seems malafide and bogus. The connection between Lalit Modi and Rajasthan Chief Minister is a urgent matter of investigation and the favors received by Lalit Modi in lieu of his money dumped is a matter to be looked into. As per the Ministry of Company Affairs website Niyant Heritage Hotels Pvt Ltd hasn’t filled its Balance Sheet and Annual Return for financial year 2009-10 and onwards. Therefore no financial statements have been filed with authorities Aam Aadmi Party demands that The true nature of relationship between money laundering charged Lalit Modi and BJP leadership need to be brought in light and in public domain. WE R NT ASHAMED OF OUR TAINTED FM 2 SENT USA ON 21TH 4 D SO CALLED INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY. IN INDIA WE R ALSO PROUD GOING AHEAD 4 YOGA DAY, WHEN OUR FELLOW FARMER R COMMITTING SUICIDE EN MASS 4 NT BEING ABLE 2 FEED THEIR CHILDREN 4 REPEATED CROP FAILURES. more
I strongly agree with Mr. Satyarth on above issue. more
