However, A large number of cases occur where we can be sure that corrupt practices are obviously taking place but are in no position to collect solid proof. such cases are many more than when an official demands money and we may be able to make a recording.
To site an example:
A mobile tower is being installed by Reliance at Q-31, Princess Road, Model Town; Delhi-110009 without any permission/clearance from any one. The tower site is right in front of a school and in thickly populated colony inhabited by elders and small children.
Many residents lodged police complaints at'100'. from 02 Mar 2015 to 31Mar 2015. Police has visited the site at least three times over this period.
However, Installation has continued and completed. Is'nt this nexus between owner of the house, company ( Reliance ) and police not a result of corruption . How could the residents collect and submit solid proof? Who would help in such cases? more

This indeed a discussion to 'no where' reaching. In India corruption has reached to such a dimension and converted into an art that despite exchange of Crores of rupees on daily basis official channel is totally ignorant of it's existence. Even in Indian movies we have seen different trics adopted by corrupt officials. The announcement of AAP Govt too should also not be taken much carefully since it is not more than a hogwash and showing a lame activeness on part of govertnment for being pro-corruption free. more

I HAVE SAID IN ONE OF THESE DISCUSSIONS EARLIER ALSO THAT THIS KIND OF PROBLEM SOLVING, WILL NOT WORK.BECAUSE IN MORE THAN 90% CASES YOU CAN NOT PROVE THE GUILT. BY DOUBLING THE ANTI CORRUPTION STAFF OR BY PROVIDING HELPLINES, ONE MAY IMPROVE THE SITUATION, SAY BY 1 OR 2% BUT THATS ALL. ONE HAS TO CORRECT THE SYSTEM AND MAKE IT SO FOOLPROOF THAT NO SCOPE OF CORRUPTION IS LEFT. THAT IS GOING TO BE THE REAL TEST OF KEJRIWAL. more

A layman can't collect the pr0of of corruption.His verdicts should be verified with circumstantial circumstances. Bribe -demander or acceptor may be interrogated by experts. Complainant should not be harassed more

This corruption plan will fall flat as the people manning these helplines are just some call centre staff who have been placed to take calls with very little or no training. These people can never understand the case in totality. Discussing the types of corruption is not the issue it is the placement of certain people who are trained to handle such issues from each department where the corruption cases are the highest namely MCD, Delhi Police, DDA. more
