Nationalize private medical colleges:- my sudgetion for this topic of discussion is first make a system where only a student who is having good scores in exam can only join medical college. In today's scenario mainly rich peoples children who have more money and less scores in exam gives good donation plus hires management seat and becomes Dr in private medical college.
In govt college also due to this reservation and all parameters there is also very difficulty to get gov seat to a clever and scorer student easily.
In medical colleges also there is a vast difference of text book treatment which students study and in real treatment happen in hospitals.
There is lots of corruption also in govt colleges. I think all the system must be managed by computers by no one can do cheating to gov.
Everywhere only common middle class people are suffering starting from Dr checkup to treatment. There is no transperancy Atari g from pathology lab charge to treatment charge. Everywhere bargaining and robbering. For example one angioplasty charge is 1.5-2 lak where a very small Stanton is implanted to coroner artery 1hr surgery and 1 day stay at hospital. Whene we go to costing Stant which is implanted in artery costs 1.2-1.5lak but the real manufacturing cost is only 5-6 thousand. Now think not only this in each n every implants manufacturing rates are minor but sell rates are very high.
There is lots of things which can be corrected to get good quality health care treatment to a common people of India . more

I totally agree with Korat. Unless government takes some strategic steps to correct this, nothing will work. It should not end up with discussion, action plans should be concrete one to execute it. Even in the medical college, how many faculty does sincere job in teaching medical practice with ethical values. Is there any ethical teaching? more
Medics practitioners have brought disrespect to the profession. as detailed by Krishna Korat, BJP should have a white paper for transparency and healthy practice of rendering medical services. Education of students who are in the merit list; should be starting point. more
I have an Experience that most of the Medical professional do not have the aptitude for it but join for sake of Money , They know the adverse affect on body but no option . Homeopathy had been neglected in this Country . due vested interest . , As regard Surgeries , most are avoidable, It is for information on Hypertension which is not a disease but an indication of some problem in the body , , Most of Heart surgeries cost money will come to an end with use of HAWTHORN BERRY Extract ./ Crategues (Latin name ) available at Homeopathy stores will will prevent any use of Stent in the Arteries it can be verified on web site . It is used World over but not used in India as it is not in any system of medicine such as Ayurvedic , Unani , or Allopathic system of Medicines . which are prevalent . in India , and all are expensive . Allopathic medicines affect the body immune system in long run. so I suggest that people who cant afford expensive treatment of heart blockage must use Crategues Mother tincture 15 drops 3 times a day in plain water , . This medicine may cost about Rs 100 per month only . more
It is a fact that Education has become a Profession and especially for the corrupt Politicians in earlier regime. It is also a fact that the people are taken for a ride by some Doctors who in the name of their Profession take advantage of the People's ignorance. Such people should be closely monitored and taken to task and then only things will change more
